PMMockr for employers

Bring ATS applicants into your PM interview workflow

Keep the job and applicant in view as you set up a PM interview. PMMockr's configured ATS workflow connects selected applications with your interview template and a report your hiring team can review.

Connect Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby

A company administrator manages ATS connections in employer Settings. Greenhouse and Lever use an authorization flow; Ashby uses a scoped company API key. A provider must be configured and enabled for the workspace before a connection can be used. The screen distinguishes connected, not connected and setup-required states. This capability is separate from importing a public job link into a staff-curated listing.

Map the ATS job to a PMMockr role and template

Load readable jobs from the connected account, select the company role in PMMockr and choose an active interview template. The mapping keeps the external job and intended screening setup together. Changing the role or the interview is a deliberate setup step; authorizing an account does not automatically send every applicant an interview.

Select applicants and prepare screening drafts

Load applicants for the mapped role, select those you intend to assess and review the deadline and recipients. Preparing screenings creates drafts bound to the selected applications and saved template revision. It does not send an invitation email at that point. Open each prepared invite to review and send it through the existing delivery workflow; employer access, eligibility and allowance checks still apply.

Approve sharing the employer report link

After the assessment is ready, explicitly approve report-link sharing with the candidate's ATS record. The link requires employer authentication and authorization. PMMockr does not copy numerical scores, hiring recommendations, raw proctoring assertions or private practice history into ATS notes. It does not move the applicant to a different ATS stage or decide whether to hire them.

Check delivery and recover without duplicate notes

The workspace shows report delivery state and errors. A confirmed delivery is different from an uncertain response. When a delivery needs checking, the reconciliation action helps inspect whether the existing note reached the ATS before another send is permitted. Disconnecting stops new requests and queued deliveries; existing screenings remain available under their normal permissions. Confirm provider setup and the supported workflow with your company admin before rollout.

What this connection does and does not replace

Use the connector to bridge selected ATS jobs/applicants and PMMockr interview evidence. Public job publishing, global talent discovery, candidate consent and the employer's hiring decisions remain separate tasks. The current workflow is deliberate and reviewable; it is not a promise of automatic all-stage synchronization, every ATS field, or an official endorsement by Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.

Start with the role you are hiring for

Write down the work this PM will own and the evidence you need before the next conversation. Then explore shared PM profiles or invite your existing shortlist to a relevant interview. Keep the question, duration and requirements consistent when comparing results, and use the next human conversation to investigate gaps and disagreements.

Common questions

Can I screen candidates I already have?

Yes. Use your own shortlist, candidates applying to a PMMockr job, or selected applicants from a configured ATS connection. You can also search the opted-in global PM talent pool.

Are practice averages and job interview scores the same?

No. A practice average summarizes shared prior practice. A job interview score is the saved result of the selected employer assessment. Review the evidence and setup behind each rather than combining them into a single hiring score.

Which ATS connections does PMMockr support?

The connector workflow supports Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby when enabled and configured for the workspace. A company admin maps jobs and interview templates, selects applicants, prepares screening drafts and approves report-link sharing.

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

No. Scores and recommendation bands support human review. The hiring team decides who progresses, using role requirements, interview evidence and its own conversations.
