Company Identity

PMMockr is an AI mock interview and product manager interview practice platform for candidates preparing for product, strategy, execution, analytics, and behavioral interviews.

This Company Policy explains how PMMockr handles company-facing profile features, LinkedIn profile links, talent marketplace workflows, and public-safe candidate information.

LinkedIn Profile Information

Users may optionally add a LinkedIn username or public LinkedIn profile URL to their PMMockr profile. PMMockr uses that information only to display or link the user's professional profile where the user has enabled profile or hiring visibility.

PMMockr does not scrape LinkedIn, import private LinkedIn messages, import connection lists, post to LinkedIn on a user's behalf, or use LinkedIn profile links to bypass LinkedIn access controls.

Profile and Hiring Visibility

Public profile and employer-facing features use fields intended for professional display, such as name, headline, role interests, target companies, skills, badges, practice signals, and optional social profile links.

Private interview transcripts, hidden scoring rubrics, private notes, authentication details, payment information, and backend-only moderation or entitlement data are not shared as public profile fields.

User Control

Users can edit or remove profile fields, including LinkedIn profile links, through profile or settings controls where available.

Users can request account deletion, data export, corrections, or support with profile visibility by contacting support@pmmockr.com.

Security and Retention

PMMockr protects account, interview, profile, payment, and admin data with backend-controlled access checks, authentication, service-provider controls, and operational monitoring.

We retain profile, hiring, account, billing, and security records only as needed to operate the service, honor user choices, support legal and payment obligations, prevent abuse, and keep audit records.
