Adobe is preparing to launch a high-risk feature in Premiere Pro for enterprise teams, such as a capability that could materially affect collaborative editing workflows, media security, brand governance, AI-assisted production, or integration with enterprise content systems. The feature is valuable because it may improve speed, consistency, and team-scale production, but it also carries elevated risk due to professional customer expectations, production deadlines, admin controls, legal/compliance needs, and the potential for workflow disruption.

You are the PM responsible for creating the launch plan. Enterprise users may include video editors, producers, creative directors, IT admins, legal/compliance stakeholders, marketing operations teams, and procurement or account owners. These users depend on Premiere Pro for high-stakes work where reliability, asset control, permissions, versioning, performance, and trust are critical.

Your task is to describe how you would plan and execute the launch from readiness through rollout and post-launch monitoring. Focus on the operating plan: who needs to be involved, what must be validated before release, how risk should be managed, how customers should be onboarded, and how the team should decide whether to proceed, pause, expand, or roll back.

The experience should consider:

- Launch phases, including internal readiness, limited pilots, staged rollout, general availability, and post-launch support

- Clear owners across product, engineering, design, QA, security, legal, enterprise sales, customer success, support, and marketing

- Dependencies such as admin controls, documentation, training, enterprise integrations, permissions, data handling, and support tooling

- Go/no-go criteria tied to reliability, workflow quality, security/privacy review, customer readiness, and support capacity

- Risk mitigation for production workflow disruption, enterprise compliance concerns, AI trust issues, data loss, performance degradation, or customer confusion

- Communication plans for enterprise admins, end users, account teams, support teams, and internal leadership

- Rollback, kill-switch, or containment plans if the feature causes customer-impacting issues

- Post-launch monitoring, escalation paths, feedback loops, and criteria for expanding adoption

The goal is to present a practical launch plan that shows strong execution judgment in an Adobe enterprise product environment: disciplined sequencing, clear accountability, customer-aware risk management, and an ability to protect professional trust while bringing a high-impact Premiere Pro feature to market.
