Microsoft is exploring a scalable Copilot feature designed for gamers, integrated into the broader gaming ecosystem across console, PC, cloud gaming, and community surfaces. The feature may help players during gameplay, discovery, social coordination, content creation, account management, or post-game improvement, but the exact use case and system boundaries should be clarified by the candidate.

Assume this is a Technical PM interview focused on defining the high-level system, not writing code. You should frame the target users, core jobs-to-be-done, product requirements, and technical architecture needed to support a real-time or near-real-time AI assistant experience at gaming scale. - Rollout strategy across markets, games, user cohorts, and platform surfaces, including experimentation and go/no-go criteria

Your goal is to define a credible high-level system and product architecture for a gamer-focused Copilot capability, showing how it would meet user needs while operating safely and reliably at Microsoft gaming scale.
