The focus is not to redesign the product, but to structure a clear, evidence-driven incident investigation that protects learner trust and minimizes impact on completion.
Assume the reports include both slower page or video load times and visible errors during the learning journey. You should consider both technical signals and user-facing symptoms, while being careful to validate data quality before drawing conclusions.
The experience should consider:
