Problem Statement Description
You are the Technical PM for a local delivery experience used by marketplace sellers to offer same-day or scheduled delivery to nearby buyers. Do not assume a greenfield system only; consider that the local delivery experience may depend on third-party logistics providers, internal marketplace services, and real-time event streams with varying reliability.
The experience should consider:

- Monitoring for latency, availability, event freshness, delivery state accuracy, SLA breaches, data quality, and user-visible incidents.
- Alerting, incident response, escalation paths, dashboards, audit logs, and post-incident prevention mechanisms.
- Rollout, experimentation, backward compatibility, operational readiness, and safe degradation when dependencies fail.
- Product trade-offs between real-time precision, cost, complexity, seller trust, buyer transparency, and privacy risk.
Your goal is to define a clear technical product plan that enables a dependable, privacy-conscious local delivery experience for marketplace sellers while giving the business enough observability and control to detect issues early, protect sensitive data, and maintain customer trust during normal operations and failure scenarios.
