The experience should consider:

- How roadmap items should be prioritized across impact, urgency, effort, dependency, risk, and Apple-quality expectations

- Required owners across product, design, engineering, accessibility, hardware, QA, developer relations, retail, support, legal, and privacy

- Dependencies such as OS release timing, app ecosystem readiness, sensor/input constraints, content partnerships, and customer support training

- Sequencing, milestones, go/no-go criteria, and how to handle partial readiness or blocked dependencies

- Launch risks including reliability, user safety, privacy, discoverability, support burden, and negative perception among accessibility communities

- Communication, rollout, monitoring, rollback, and post-launch learning loops

The goal is to present a clear quarterly execution plan that shows how you would make prioritization decisions, align teams, manage trade-offs, and deliver measurable improvements for accessibility-first Vision Pro users without compromising Apple’s product quality, privacy standards, or ecosystem strategy.
