How to structure your execution answer

Turn the prompt into a decision process: clarify the goal, identify constraints, choose a path, and explain how you would operate it.

  1. Clarify the goal, decision owner, time horizon, and non-negotiable constraints.
  2. Identify the users, dependencies, and failure modes that determine execution risk.
  3. Prioritize the next actions and explain what you are deliberately postponing.
  4. Define checkpoints, decision criteria, and the signal that would make you change course.
