This Privacy Policy explains how PMMockr collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI mock interview and product manager interview practice platform.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication status, profile settings, and plan status when you create or use a PMMockr account. We also collect practice activity such as selected companies, target skills, interview sessions, answers, transcripts, scores, reports, saved cases, study plans, bookmarks, leaderboard preferences, and support requests.

When you use voice or video mode, microphone and camera permissions are controlled by your browser. Speech input is converted to text for the interview flow. Payments are processed by payment providers such as Razorpay. We receive payment status, subscription, invoice, and entitlement metadata, but we do not store full card or bank account numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide AI mock interviews, case practice, reports, scoring, profile features, Knowledge Hub content, billing, account security, customer support, abuse prevention, and product analytics. Interview answers, transcripts, and report data may be processed by backend AI systems to generate interviewer responses, feedback, scoring, and study recommendations.

Sharing and Public Features

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help operate PMMockr, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, email, monitoring, and AI infrastructure providers. Public profile, leaderboard, and sharing features use only fields you choose to publish or that are safe for public display.

Retention, Deletion, and Choices

We keep account, billing, practice, and report information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit records. You can update profile and privacy settings in the product, request account deletion or data export, control browser microphone and camera permissions, and contact us about privacy questions at support@pmmockr.com.

Security, Children, and Changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, payment, and interview data. PMMockr is not intended for children under 13. We may update this Privacy Policy as PMMockr evolves and will provide notice when changes are material.
