Shipping and Delivery Policy

PMMockr sells digital services only. No physical goods are shipped.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, premium access is activated on the PMMockr account you used to pay, usually within a few seconds. You will see it in Settings and on the Practice page.

There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

If access does not activate

Refresh the page or sign out and back in. If access is still missing after 30 minutes, email support@pmmockr.com with your payment reference. We will restore access or refund the payment under our Refund Policy.
