These Terms of Service explain the rules for using PMMockr, including account responsibilities, paid plans, acceptable use, and AI interview practice limitations.

Using PMMockr

PMMockr provides product manager interview practice, AI mock interviews, case libraries, feedback, reports, study plans, profiles, and related preparation tools. You may use PMMockr for lawful interview preparation only. You may not use PMMockr to cheat in a live interview, impersonate someone, attack the service, scrape private data, bypass access controls, or violate another person's rights.

Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and access changes are handled through the checkout, billing, and entitlement systems shown in the product. Payment provider terms may also apply.

Practice Content and AI Output

PMMockr content, questions, rubrics, reports, recommendations, and AI-generated feedback are for education and practice. They do not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or hiring decisions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so you are responsible for reviewing feedback and applying your own judgment.

Your Content

You keep ownership of answers, notes, profile text, and other content you submit. You grant PMMockr the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

Service Availability and Limits

We work to keep PMMockr reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or product updates. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PMMockr is provided as is and as available.
