You are asked to design an execution plan for migrating this product experience at global scale, while minimizing disruption to active travelers, employers, hosts, and internal operations.

Assume the migration may affect booking flows, eligibility rules, host settings, traveler profiles, payments, support tooling, policy communication, and marketplace matching. The challenge is to plan a phased rollout that protects trust, conversion, host supply health, and operational stability across countries, languages, regulations, and travel patterns.

Your plan should account for Airbnb’s marketplace dynamics: changes on the business-traveler side can affect host acceptance, pricing, availability, reviews, cancellations, and support volume. Superhosts are an important segment because they often set quality expectations for business travelers and may be disproportionately impacted by policy, ranking, or workflow changes.

The experience should consider:

- Clear migration scope, including which users, markets, listings, bookings, and internal systems are affected

- Phasing and sequencing across regions, traveler cohorts, companies, host segments, and booking states

- Owners, dependencies, and coordination across product, engineering, operations, legal, trust and safety, customer support, payments, and host teams

- Launch monitoring, escalation paths, and post-migration follow-up to ensure defects and user pain are resolved quickly
