Airbnb Groups is a collaborative trip-planning experience for families and other travelers who need to search, compare, discuss, and coordinate stays or experiences together. In this scenario, users may be joining a shared trip, inviting family members, saving listings, voting or commenting, and making booking decisions across devices, networks, time zones, and markets.
The question asks you to approach Groups as a Technical PM responsible for improving reliability and latency.
