Problem Statement Description
Product context: Tesla is an electric vehicle, energy, and software company; its products include EVs, charging, vehicle software, Autopilot/FSD features, energy storage, and solar products.
Tesla has completed a major redesign of the Model Y, and the product team needs a clear metric tree to evaluate whether the redesign is succeeding for fleet operators. These customers may include ride-hailing fleets, rental fleets, delivery operators, corporate mobility programs, or autonomous-vehicle-adjacent operators who care about uptime, total cost of ownership, charging efficiency, safety, driver/passenger experience, and operational scalability.
