Product context: Tesla is an electric vehicle, energy, and software company; its products include EVs, charging, vehicle software, Autopilot/FSD features, energy storage, and solar products.

Tesla has completed a major redesign of the Model Y, and the product team needs a clear metric tree to evaluate whether the redesign is succeeding for fleet operators. The answer should focus on metric definition and usefulness, not on proposing a redesign solution. - Guardrail metrics for safety, reliability, battery health, service burden, charging congestion, customer complaints, and margin impact.

- How the metric tree would help Tesla diagnose whether issues come from product design, manufacturing quality, software, charging infrastructure, service operations, or fleet customer fit.
