Product context: Uber is a mobility and delivery platform; its products include rides, Uber Eats, grocery and retail delivery, freight, driver and courier tools, and marketplace pricing.
You are the PM responsible for launching a high-risk Uber Rides feature aimed at commuters across multiple global markets. The feature is expected to affect recurring weekday travel behavior, where riders are highly sensitive to reliability, ETA accuracy, pricing predictability, pickup experience, safety, and cancellation risk.
