Design a creator monetization dashboard for field operators that improves repeat usage

Problem Statement Description

Design a creator monetization dashboard for field operators who support creators in the field, such as onboarding them to monetization programs, helping them understand earnings, resolving payout issues, and nudging them to keep creating or participating in campaigns. These operators may work across many creators, geographies, languages, and program types, often with limited time, inconsistent connectivity, and a need for clear, trustworthy information.

The core challenge is to create a dashboard experience that field operators return to repeatedly because it helps them do their daily work better. The product should reduce friction in identifying which creators need attention, explaining monetization performance, tracking follow-ups, and resolving operational blockers without overwhelming users with analytics meant for central business teams.

Focus on the end-to-end workflow: how a field operator starts their day, prioritizes creators, prepares for outreach, captures updates after conversations, tracks monetization progress, and knows what action to take next. The design should account for both individual creator-level views and portfolio-level management across a territory or cohort.

The experience should consider:

- The primary user personas, including field operators, their managers, and any support or monetization ops teams they depend on

- The key jobs-to-be-done around creator earnings visibility, payout status, eligibility, campaign participation, and follow-up tracking

- Workflow friction that prevents repeat usage, such as stale data, confusing metrics, too many tools, unclear next steps, or lack of mobile usability

- What information should be surfaced at a portfolio level versus a creator detail level

- How the dashboard should help operators prioritize outreach and measure whether their actions are working

- Trust, transparency, and explainability around earnings, incentives, policy status, and payout issues

- Offline, low-bandwidth, multilingual, and accessibility needs for field-based usage

- Feedback loops that help improve the dashboard over time and encourage habit formation

The goal is to define a product experience that makes creator monetization work more actionable and repeatable for field operators, while improving their confidence, efficiency, and willingness to use the dashboard as a regular part of their operating rhythm.
